A founding agent of Compass Boston in 2015, the fourth Compass market to launch nationwide, Less is a 20+ year veteran of the Boston luxury real estate market. Previous affiliations include Campion & Company and Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty.

A native of Atlanta, GA and a graduate of Duke University, Less is a modern and contemporary art enthusiast and collector, serving on the boards of several art museums and organizations.
